Richmond County Housing Rehabilitation
Tian Construction provides inspection, estimating, and construction management services for the rehabilitation of eight residential properties under the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development’s (DHCD) CDBG program. The project supports improved housing conditions for low- and moderate-income households.
The team follows DHCD Housing Rehabilitation Standards and works closely with the Northern Neck Planning District Commission to ensure quality and compliance across all units.
