Northumberland County Housing Inspections

Tian Construction supports Northumberland County’s planning grant initiative by conducting housing inspections and developing preliminary scopes of work for nine residential properties.

This work is part of a strategic effort to secure future DHCD rehabilitation funding. The team documents building conditions and identifies improvement priorities in coordination with the Northern Neck Planning District Commission.
